The homepage version of the process is three steps. Here's what actually happens between them.
1. The first conversation
It starts on WhatsApp. You tell me what your business does and what you need — a first site, a rebuild, or a fix for something that isn't converting. No forms, no discovery call template.
2. Scoping
We agree on what the site needs: how many pages, whether you need forms, booking, multiple languages, or payments. You get a flat price and a timeline before any work starts.
3. The build
I design and build directly — no template shuffling. If you have photos, logos, or copy, they go in; if not, I start with placeholders so nothing stalls while you gather content.
4. Review and revisions
You see the site on a live preview link and send feedback in plain language. Wording, colours, section order, images — we adjust until it reads the way you want it to.
5. Launch
The site goes live on your own domain. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you pick and register it. Domain and hosting are billed at cost, with no markup.
6. After launch
Small tweaks are included for a period after launch. After that, I'm still the person you message — updates, new pages, and seasonal changes are quick because nothing is outsourced.
